All transportation quotes issued by MH Premier Logistics LLC are estimates based upon the specific cargo dimensions, weights, pickup locations, delivery destinations, and timing provided by the requesting party. Formal confirmation of dispatch occurs upon review and mutual acceptance.

2. Shipper Representations

The shipper or customer is responsible for ensuring cargo is properly packaged, accurately described, legal for commercial transit, and ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.

3. Communication & Operating Conditions

MH Premier Logistics LLC maintains clear, real-time communication throughout the transportation process. Transit schedules are subject to road conditions, weather, facility access, and lawful driving regulations.

4. Business Address Notice

The address at 1942 W Gray St #1530, Houston, TX 77019 functions strictly as an administrative business mailing address. It is not an open retail customer storefront or walk-in receiving depot. All shipments are managed via scheduled courier dispatch.
